Phone Support
As a Home Plan member, help is just a national rate phone call away. The doctor is in, 8am-9pm , 7 days a week, 365 days a year providing you with expert guidance and answers to keep you and your computer up and running. And it's as simple as calling 0870 246 1743 – we cover you not the PC*
Online Support
As a member, you can also get help and answers conveniently online or via email, ehelp4u is always there to help, anytime anywhere, whenever you need us.
If you have access to an Internet connection you can use our Ehelp4u Live Assistance software available @ www.ehelp4u.co.uk this directly connects you to our team of engineers whilst you are talking to them. Our engineers can directly interface into your computer and resolve any problem over the Internet. They have full control of your PC at your request.

Web Virus Scan
Protect your PC or Mac from vicious virus attacks. Become a member and scan your computer for viruses online and remove infections that can cause unnecessary harm to your important data.
Service Centre Repair Service
For hardware problems that cannot be solved online or over the phone, you can send your PC to one of our service centres for a complete check-up and repair. You'll get a full report on your computer's health and have the option of completing the repair on your own or having it performed by our service center with no labor charges.**
Home Repair Service (HomePro Members Only)
You have nothing to worry about even if a hardware failure occurs, because as a Home Plan member, ehelp4u is right by your side. An expert technician will be dispatched to your location the next business day to replace your computer's defective part and get you back up and running. Home Plus members get 5 free callouts for installations or repairs.***
¹ 24 hr coverage depends on service plan and availability. Reduced service on Public Holidays.
*Cover is arrange for the main member and up to 3 PC’s
**Does not include parts or postage and packaging
*** Subject to availability and not including hardware or additional software, callouts are limited to 90 minutes; further time is charged at a discount rate.
Terms and Conditions for Telephone Support
In these terms and conditions 'Ehelp4u' means the subsidiary of PC troouble Ltd
- Ehelp4u will only provide Support for properly licensed products.
- The support provided under these terms and conditions is Telephone Support. This is a free telephone support service, available through the Ehelp4uHome Plan for Members.
- Our engineers will help you solve technical issues critical to your customer's business over the phone. Support will be provided only on all non-developer software and hardware products. This service is provided during 8am-9pm, 7 days per week, including English public holidays
- Ehelp4u gives no warranties in respect of the Support, and all warranties, whether express or implied are expressly excluded.
- Ehelp4u will use reasonable commercial endeavours to resolve technical issues on which it is consulted under these terms and conditions, but other than expressly provided in these terms and conditions, accepts no liability in respect of the Support or any consequences of the provision of the Support.
- Confidential Information; Except as otherwise specified herein, Ehelp4u expressly undertakes to retain in confidence all information transmitted to it by the other party pursuant to these terms and conditions that the disclosing party identifies as being proprietary and/or confidential or that, by the nature of the circumstances surrounding the disclosure, ought in good faith to be treated as proprietary and/or confidential ("Confidential Information").
- The Term 'Unlimited' implies our fair usage agreement, fair usage is referred to as: A maximum of 5 hours Telephone Assistance per year,( Further assistance can be purchased), a unlimited
- hours Online Assistance is also included by default. All limits are at the discretion of the management.
- Ehelp4u Home Pro or Plus members have a maximum of 5 callouts per year no longer than 60 minutes per callout. The callout count is reset on the anniversary of the purchase. Further hours are charged at a discount rate and can be purchased in bulk.
- CANCELLATION:
- iF YOU THE CUSTOMER CANCELS POLICY WITHIN THE YEAR, IF PAYING MONTHLY A CANCELLATION FEE OF £50.00 WILL BE LEVIED TO COVER ADMIN COSTS ETC IF AN ENGINEER HAS MADE A VISIT TO YOU.
- YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF POLICY IF ANY SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN USED.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law
