We have been trading for 15 years, originally as PCtrouble and PC doctor and then as PcCallout for the last 5 years.   Our engineers work to established methodologies that we developed whilst conducting IT support for UK Government Educational Examiners on behalf of Edexcel.  This is where our Premier IT support was born.

Over the years we have broken away from our sister companies to focus on Premier IT Support.

What is Premier IT Support?

Normal IT support often leaves the customer feeling like a victim and that their IT support needs have not been fulfilled.  Most computer engineers offer you a service that is easy for them to complete and relatively quick.  This often leads to data loss, your privacy being compromised or equipment being replaced that was not faulty.

We make a simple set of promises:

2. We will never delete information / data unnecessarily or without your permission

3. We will not compromise your privacy by asking for passwords or surfing through your photos and private internet history unless this is essential to fixing a problem and if it is, we will get your permission.
