CRRO the National Watchdog Organisation for Computer Repair & Retail in the United Kingdom. We were formed in 2003 by executives from PC Trouble, PC Callout and PC Service centre. Over the years we have taken on experts from computerhope UK, ehelp4u, tech24 and Ask Dr Tech. We operate as a watchdog for computer repair, ensuring high quality service, training and customer support. We handle industry complaints not just against members but non members as well. Our mission is to ensure customers are protected from poor technicians, loss of data and dangerous activity.
